condos are the way to go. Owning a condo has many
benefits:
You will not be solely
responsible for exterior or common area repairs
The HOA dues (Condo Fees) you pay will generally cover
all exterior repairs, including siding, roofing, etc in
addition to insurances such as Flood, Fire, Liability
