Meet the Agents of Island Realty Group

The Realtors of Island Realty Group comprise a group of dedicated individuals whose main goal is to work together as a team in order to provide our clients with outstanding support every step of the way. All our agents are licensed by the State of New Jersey's Department of Banking and Insurance which oversees the New Jersey Real Estate Commission.

We are all members of the National Association of Realtors (NAR) and the New Jersey Association of Realtors (NJAR) in addition to maintaining membership in the Cape May County Association of Realtors (CMCAOR) and the Ocean City Board of Realtors (OCBOR).

	Joseph Zarroli - Broker of Record/Owner Joe began his real estate career as an owner-investor of commercial and residential real estate over 25 years ago and honed his skills in representing both buyers and sellers alike in the Hawaii resort market. Over the past several years Joe has been able to shatter the multi-million dollar sales threshold due to the constant hands-on approach Joe employs in each and every transaction, no matter what the dollar amount. Because of the trusting relationship he has forged with his clients Joe continues to eclipse the million dollar sales figure even in the trying times we are currently experiencing. Joe has expanded his area of expertise into the Short-sale/REO/Foreclosure market having represented both buyer and seller alike in these types of transactions. Joe is a certified foreclosure/REO & Short Sale agent for the South Jersey Shore region and a authorized BPO agent, placing values on distressed properties for lending institutions and other real estate agents and agencies. In February 2009 Joe formed Island Realty Group and acquired Fasy Real Estate at the Jersey Shore. Since then he has put together a team of seasoned veterans representing the various communities of the Jersey Shore from Brigantine to Cape May with the ultimate goal of opening offices in each community. 	Traci Cochard - Realtor/Assistant to Joseph Zarroli Traci learned her first years of Realtor experience in Stone Harbor where she worked as an assistant office manager/rental specialist. Traci learned many aspects of summer rentals, whether meeting the tenants need for a wonderful vacation or working with the owners on updates on their property. Traci also gained insight on the Wildwoods as she moved from the Stone Harbor rental market to acting as a sales/rental agent in the Wildwoods since 2005. When not at work, Traci enjoys the beach with her family, boating and fishing. You are sure to bump into her somewhere in town. When you do, say hello and ask her to help you rent, buy or sell your dream home. Traci is married to her wonderful husband Christopher and has two beautiful children, Amanda and William, which outside of real estate keeps her busy. Originally from Holland Pennsylvania, she made the move to the Jersey Shore over seven years ago where she became a Realtor. 	Denise Sullivan - Broker-Salesperson As a year round resident in the Diamond Beach area Denise considers the Island a true paradise. After a rewarding work history at Siemen's Westinghouse, Cutler Hammer and the Carlson Marketing Group she began her Real Estate career with The Flanders Hotel in Ocean City in 2001. Denise is very knowledgeable in multiple capacities within the sales field. Denise has earned the following designations: Broker Salesperson, GRI, RSPS, and E-pro Specialist. She attended Union County College as well as taken courses in Art and Photography. Her interests include oil painting, hand painting furniture, murals, and photography. She also very much enjoys visiting her well accomplished sons, Donald and Joseph, and spending time with her grandchildren and Belle, her Cairn Terrier. She has inspired client loyalty through her superior customer-focused approach. Denise excels in the real estate market because of her knowledge, experience and ability to provide an outstanding level of personal service. Denise is very excited to join our team!

	Densie Conrey - Realtor/Rental Administrator Denise Conrey is the Rental Program Administrator for Island Realty, and a life time “islander”. Denise has worked in the rental industry for 18 years and possesses extensive knowledge of both the Wildwoods’ and the vacation rental market. Watching her clients return to vacation in the Wildwood’s year after year has been Denise’s professional motivation. Happily married with 7 children, Denise is a “multi tasking” expert. In her spare time she enjoys coaching cheerleading, and volunteering at her children’s school and activities!
