was established in 1914 in Philadelphia, PA. Bob entered the
business in 1949. He had offices in Drexel Hill and Rose
Tree, Media in Delaware County and Berwyn on the Main Line.
He still maintains an office in Philadelphia but relocated
to the South Jersey shore area 18 years ago |

personal service. A graduate of St. Joseph's University with
a Bachelor of Arts degree in business, he is more than
qualified to assist you. He also continues to take real
estate courses in PA yearly as this is required by the state
to maintain a PA broker's license. His real estate knowledge
and expertise would be hard to surpass by most real estate

Carol Rodden
Carol
is relatively new to the real estate
business but not to real estate itself. She has bought and
sold numerous properties throughout the years. Three years
ago she and her husband purchased in Ocean City and have
become permanent residents. Because of her experiences with
her own homes, she is well qualified to help you find yours.

was a bank vice president in PA. As you can see, she has all

Bob has been a licensed
real estate associate for ten years and within the last year
acquired his associate broker's license.. After pursuing an
engineering degree at Carnegie Melon Institute in
Pittsburgh, he returned to the shore area. He will be the
managing broker of our new office in North Wildwood. Bob Jr
is extremely knowledgeable about all the aspects of Wildwood
as he has been a resident of North Wildwood for eight years.
He will be the managing broker in the new North Wildwood
office.
